Because each portrait is made for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or faulty items
If your print or canvas arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the consumer law of your country.
